Private Sessions
Whether you are new to yoga and want to learn the basics or, have practiced for many years and want to fine tune, a private session might be just what you need. I have studied many styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative. I also specialize in back injury rehab and prevention as I was able to heal myself from a broken spine using my yoga practice. This magic seriously works if you are willing to put in the time.
If you live in San Diego, we can set up an outdoor one-on-one or private group session with your family and friends, or colleagues. If we are not in the same city or you prefer to practice at home, I am also set up to teach live classes on Zoom or make a recording that is just right for you.
In my experience, every student has very different reasons for wanting to include yoga in their lifestyle. The type and amount of support I can give is special to each person I work with.
