Group Zoom Yoga
Who it’s for?
People who miss practicing with their friends and want a way to get together with their community.
Features of the program:
2 hours in the Zoom yoga studio. I will open the room 30 minutes before class so you can arrive, get settled and catch up with your group. I will lead you through an hour long class of your choice (Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin or Restorative). This is an opportunity to get together, create some positive energy and unite the breath. After class, I will leave the room open for 30 minutes. You will have a little more time to chat with your friends before returning to your day.
What you will receive:
A feeling of connection and community. Like a breath of fresh air, you will have a chance to see your friends and practice together again! Although class is through a screen, this gives you the ability to connect beyond your neighborhood. Bringing your loved ones together can be extremely beneficial in these times of isolation.
Build group energy. When you are all working on a certain pose, following the same breath or meditation, something magical happens. Recent classes have built this energy without the physical space to share by practicing with intention.
An opportunity to get into your body and out of your head. With all of the uncertainty in the world today, it is very easy to get anxious. Practicing yoga is an amazing way to destress and balance your nervous system. Create a sense of calm.
