Here are two Lunar Hatha Flow videos. For over seven years, we have shared our DJ yoga project at festivals, retreats, and gatherings across the U.S. and Mexico. We love to share the medicine of movement, breath and sick beats with our community.

When we couldn’t gather in person, we learned a bunch of new technological tricks and kept the yoga flowing online. What a wild ride! We went on a huge roadtrip, inspired to record yoga videos in beautiful locations across the country. It was work to find the perfect spot and hike in our gear but, it was totally worth it! These videos are made with love and are super special to us. We are so happy to share them with you!
